Interfaith Tree Planting at Valence Park

The interfaith tree planting at Valence Park aims to promote community spirit, create interfaith connections and improve the natural beauty of the area. On the 1st of February2018, Faiths Forum for London and Bethel Christian Centre will be planting trees together at 3:30pm. We will be planting 2 white flowering cherry trees (Prunus Avium) and 2 red flowering cherry trees (Prunus Kanzan). We welcome you all to join us to foster cooperation between different faith groups and encourage more interaction in local communities. There will also be an opportunity for a long term commitment to the nurturing of these trees if any of your congregation is interested
